About The Position

The Strategy team is a small, multidisciplinary team of people with diverse backgrounds and experience that reports to the COO. The team is responsible for identifying, designing, and leading the execution of value-creating, cross-functional initiatives. The team works directly with senior leadership to build new businesses, address complex or time-sensitive situations, and support the strategic planning processes for the firm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or investment analysis
  • Proven experience building financial models, forecasts, and quantitative analyses
  • Strong project management experience, including developing timelines and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, actionable recommendations
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of firm-level strategic initiatives by coordinating workstreams and tracking progress
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate business opportunities, investments, and operational changes
  • Build financial models and forecasts to assess potential outcomes and support decision making
  • Create clear, executive-level presentations and materials for senior leadership and working groups
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure initiative milestones are met
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, surface risks, and drive alignment among stakeholders
  • Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to inform strategic recommendations
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop implementable solutions with measurable outcomes
  • Support due diligence, readiness assessments, and implementation planning for new business launches and special projects
