As our new Strategy Consultant within Value & Promotional Engineering, you will work alongside our Strategy Consulting team, helping clients understand both the potential and the realized ROI of their investments in digital marketing, loyalty, AI, and CRM. Your work will inform executive-level decision-making and support large-scale transformation programs at some of the world’s leading companies. You will work across multiple clients and projects simultaneously while collaborating closely with the broader VML MAP organization. At VML MAP, you will become part of a dynamic and international environment with strong opportunities for both personal and professional development. You will collaborate closely with specialists across the wider VML MAP organization - including experts in technology, data, creative, and client leadership - across our global offices. You will also work directly with client stakeholders across multiple functions, including marketing, sales, digital, and technology. Our global client base spans industries such as FMCG, retail, fashion, automotive, and financial services. In addition, you will be working with our clients, both management and specialists, across many of their functions including marketing, sales, digital, and technology. As a person, you are an outgoing and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter mindset. You enjoy solving complex business challenges in a structured and analytical way, with a strong attention to detail. You are comfortable collecting and analysing both qualitative and quantitative data and translating it into clear insights and recommendations supported by a compelling storyline.
