Strategy & Data Analyst Intern
About The Position
Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions. Session 1: May 27 - August 14 Session 2: June 17 - September 4 As an intern on the Management Framework Team, you will contribute to strategic and operational initiatives that support Process Excellence for the Office of the CEO by owning documentation tasks, driving process-level improvements, leveraging tools like Tableau and Co-Pilot for executive insights, applying critical thinking to solve challenges, collaborating with iGrafx teams and stakeholders, utilizing organizational tools to meet strategic goals, and effectively communicating findings through presentations and data storytelling. Responsibilities will be defined based on assigned projects and business needs. Interns will apply the skills and approaches described above such as strategic thinking, data analysis, collaboration, and process improvement, while supporting Management Framework and OCEO initiatives. Specific tasks and deliverables will be determined in partnership with managers and advisors, ensuring meaningful contributions to ongoing strategic and operational efforts
