Position Summary The Strategy & Insights Intern will support the Electrolit Strategy & Insights team in analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights that inform commercial and brand decisions. This role provides hands-on exposure to strategic planning, market analysis, and performance tracking across Electrolit's sales, marketing, and field operations. The intern will contribute to real-world projects that support Electrolit's growth, market expansion, and consumer engagement strategies. The internship will be available during the months of June - August. Location: HQ, Houston, TX

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and confidential information in a fast-paced corporate setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Strategy & Insights, Sales, Marketing, and Field Operations teams.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and proprietary company information.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and compelling narratives
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed to meet legal deadlines or business demands.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, bend, or reach to access files or records.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work in an office environment with standard business equipment

Responsibilities

  • Support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales, marketing, and field activation data acrossc Electrolit channels
  • Assist in identifying trends related to consumer behavior, retail performance, and market opportunities
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to support leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Conduct competitive analysis and industry research within the beverage, hydration, and CPG landscape
  • Help track KPIs tied to Electrolit's commercial strategy, including sales performance, distribution, and brand activation effectiveness
  • Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives, pilots, and special projects aligned with Electrolit's business priorities
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Field Marketing, and Operations teams to support data-driven decision-making
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
