About The Position

Placements.io is seeking a Senior Client Strategy Lead, Enterprise Accounts to drive strategy and engagement with our largest, most strategic clients. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to enterprise organizations—helping them adopt our solutions, improve operations, and unlock growth opportunities across ad operations, finance, and sales. You will report directly to our GTM of Retail Media and work on some of our largest, most strategic retail accounts, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Finance, and Marketing to design and implement solutions that meet complex business needs. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years in enterprise solutions, strategic consulting, or a similar client-facing role
  • Comfortable handling technical conversations with CTOs, Product Managers, and analysts, and able to create artifacts like data flow diagrams or interpret data extracts to guide solutioning
  • Ability to strategize and drive initiatives end-to-end, owning the details and ensuring follow-through
  • Proven ability to work seamlessly with Product, Engineering, Support, and external client teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Technical proficiency in enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, or AdTech tools)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive execution
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel onsite with clients as needed (~25%)
  • In-office presence required 3 days a week

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Ad Tech space is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives and solution development for enterprise clients, focused on efficiency, adoption, and growth
  • Manage the successful implementation of new systems and workflows across key accounts
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery of customer objectives
  • Build long-term, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations
  • Act as a subject matter expert in our platform and the broader retail media/ad tech ecosystem
