About The Position

Savage X Fenty is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate. How do you fit in? As the Strategy & Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the operations across different channels, contributing to the growth of the brand and improvement of the customer experience. You’ll be part of the Strategy & Operations team at SXF, whose goal is to help the team make better decisions and work better together. This role will work on a wide range of projects affecting Operations, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Member Services. The right candidate will be an innovative, self-motivated, and tech savvy individual who is comfortable with shifting priorities and supporting a diverse group of stakeholders with a wide range of projects. The ability to interact cross-functionally within the company (at all levels), being proactive, and having a strong interest in the industry and customer experience is crucial to this role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, stellar communicator and can synthesize data in a digestible manner while drawing insights that lead to actionable next steps and improvements. This position will report to the VP of Strategy & Data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of equivalent work experience
  • Ability to juggle a variety of initiatives and adjust to changing timelines and priorities
  • Superior skills in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel & Power Point)
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Detailed-oriented, well-organized, excellent time management and reliable
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and software
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effectively and independently accountable
  • Excellent coordination and people skills, including the ability to establish and maintain working relationships with management, members of the team, and leadership in other departments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Operations Support (~40%)
  • Support coordination across Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Member Services, Technology, and Commercial teams
  • Assist with day-to-day operational needs across ecommerce, retail, and wholesale channels
  • Prepare materials for cross-functional meetings, operating reviews, and status check-ins
  • Track initiatives, timelines, dependencies, and risks, and flag potential issues to project leads
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and updates to support clear communication and alignment
  • Process Improvement & Channel Support (~30%)
  • Assist in identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks through data review and stakeholder feedback
  • Support the execution of process improvements by documenting workflows, updating SOPs, and tracking follow-ups
  • Help standardize processes, playbooks, and operating routines to improve consistency and team efficiency
  • Gather operational insights and help translate them into action items and next steps
  • Strategic Initiatives & Administrative Support (~30%)
  • Support cross-functional initiatives related to growth, cost efficiency, and channel expansion
  • Assist with business planning by organizing inputs, timelines, and deliverables across teams
  • Respond to ad hoc operational requests by helping identify stakeholders, compiling information, and coordinating next steps
  • Support special projects, including Amazon and Value-Added Services initiatives
  • Provide general operational and administrative support as needed
