About The Position

As a Strategy and Solutions Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, high-visibility projects that deliver enhanced operational efficiency and enterprise-wide improvement. As a senior member of the Strategy and Solutions department, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from scoping and planning through execution and delivery—ensuring initiatives are resourced appropriately, stakeholders are aligned, and outcomes are measured against organizational objectives. You will partner with leadership to shape project priorities, manage risks, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Your ability to provide strategic oversight, clear communication, and rigorous accountability is instrumental in unlocking the tools and resources needed to enhance data-driven decision-making across departments. This role will collaborate closely with other members of the Strategy and Solutions team and is focused on delivering projects with thorough documentation, proactive risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption. Your contributions will help advance a technology-enabled, service-first culture across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience, including experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Demonstrated experience with full project lifecycle management, from initiation through closure
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence at all levels, from senior executives to business users
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with occasional travel as needed
  • Must be able to: remain standing/sitting for several hours at a time
  • have unlimited manual dexterity

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Scoping Lead project discovery and scoping sessions with stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, resource requirements, milestones, and dependencies
  • Identify project constraints, assumptions, and risks during planning; develop mitigation strategies
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize projects and align initiatives with strategic business objectives
  • Project Execution & Delivery Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to deliver project objectives
  • Monitor project progress against plans; identify variances and implement corrective actions
  • Manage project scope, proactively addressing scope changes through formal change control processes
  • Remove barriers and escalate issues appropriately to keep projects on track
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear and consistent communication
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to leadership
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, steering committee reviews, and retrospectives
  • Maintain a register of active and inactive projects and provide summary reporting as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and engagement
  • Risk & Quality Management Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks; maintain risk registers and mitigation plans
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational compliance requirements
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions and apply insights to improve future project delivery
  • Ensure thorough project documentation, including requirements, decisions, and deliverables
  • Innovation, Adoption & Continuous Improvement Support the development and deployment of innovative tools for internal partners, including three sixty and Our Brands
  • Embrace and promote the use of new or existing technology to manage projects and provide visibility on project status
  • Collaborate with training partners to develop onboarding materials and ensure successful adoption of new solutions
  • Contribute to and help refine project management best practices, templates, and standards
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
