About The Position

We have exciting opportunities available in our Production department! Join us and contribute to creating high-quality products using advanced techniques and equipment. Position Summary: This position is responsible for operating multiple machines and overseeing the chemical stripping line.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude is required.
Proficiency in using hand tools.

Responsibilities

Follow verbal and written instructions from the Supervisor and adhere to internal policies, procedures, and standards of behavior.
Operate the chemical stripping line.
Perform grit blasting and/or water jet blasting.
Operate furnaces.
Blend parts as needed.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ensure the production schedule is met.
Submit purchase requests to the supervisor for necessary items.
Possess a basic understanding of process controls and the Quality Management System (QMS).
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Assist teammates as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Utilize basic computer skills.
Proper handling of parts.
Understanding of the quality system and its requirements related to the position.
Adherence to proper safety guidelines and use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Ability to sit or stand at a workstation or machine for extended periods.
Physical presence at the designated workstation during normal business hours.
Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
Perform other assignments as required by the supervisor or management.
