About Cincinnati Asphalt Cincinnati Asphalt is a trusted leader in asphalt paving, maintenance, and pavement marking throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, strong customer relationships, and dependable service. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Striping Supervisor to lead our pavement marking operations. Position Overview The Striping Operations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all pavement marking and striping operations. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in pavement marking / line striping
- 1+ year in a supervisory or crew lead role
- Strong knowledge of ADA regulations and pavement marking standards
- Experience operating airless striping machines and layout equipment
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Experience in commercial and municipal striping projects
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead line striping crews on commercial, municipal, and industrial projects
- Operate and oversee the use of striping machines, paint systems, and related equipment
- Ensure layout accuracy according to site plans and ADA compliance requirements
- Maintain high standards for workmanship and project quality
- Train, mentor, and manage crew members
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards
- Conduct job site safety meetings and inspections
- Coordinate scheduling with operations and project managers
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Communicate with clients and onsite contacts as needed
- Track materials usage and equipment needs
- Oversee maintenance and care of striping equipment
- Monitor inventory of paint, glass beads, and materials
- Ensure trucks and trailers are organized and job-ready
