About The Position

Brothers Standard Striping LLC (a.k.a. Standard Striping/Paving & Concrete) has 1 position available for a full time Striping/Seal Coating Foreman. Reliable transportation is necessary. Salary to be determined based on experience. Federal approved drivers license or ID required as the need may arise to work at government properties. A Striping/Seal Coating Foreman supervises and coordinates seal coat projects, including overseeing crews, equipment, and materials, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects, while also managing paper/digital work and having clear communication with management, scheduling team, office staff, crews, and customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in striping and seal coat operations
  • Strong understanding of seal coat materials, striping materials, equipment, and techniques
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of workers
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work
  • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
  • Federal approved drivers license or ID required as the need may arise to work at government properties

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and coordinates seal coat projects
  • Overseeing crews, equipment, and materials
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects
  • Managing paper/digital work
  • Having clear communication with management, scheduling team, office staff, crews, and customers
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the projects, both residential and commercial
  • Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of striping/seal coat laborers, ensuring efficient and effective performance
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of seal coat and striping equipment (corresponding with Operations Manager for any repairs needed)
  • Corresponding with Scheduling Team to meet project deadlines and ensure efficient work-flow
  • Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Ensure that all safety procedures are followed on the job site
  • Maintain excellent clear and effective communication with the office staff/scheduling team to include Operations Manager, and crew members as well as customers. Complete all necessary daily paper/digital work
  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project. Consult with Operations Manager if needed
  • Assist with training new crew members on proper techniques and procedures
