Requirements
- Previous structural welding experience required
- Ability to pass a 3G MIG / Flux Core weld test
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic assembly skills
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on carbon steel and structural components
- Weld and assemble skid-mounted structures according to fabrication drawings
- Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and calipers accurately
- Support mechanical assembly alongside welding tasks
- Ensure completed skids meet quality, safety, and production requirements
