Under direct Supervision, the position requires an individual who is highly dependable. Major duties and responsibilities include: - Provide excellent customer service - Answer routine telephone and walk in inquiries from students, alumni and visitors - Assist with general office tasks - Inventory tracking - Creating and maintaining worksheets, files, mail lists and documents as needed for events and projects - Distribution of marketing materials across campus - Event support, including staffing tables, setup and breakdown - Data Entry - Cash Handling - Respond to emails in a thorough and professional manner - Additional office duties as assigned by staff
