About The Position

Berklee’s Communications and Marketing team is seeking a Student Creative Admin to support the Creative team through organization, asset management, and day-to-day production needs. This role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented student who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep creative projects running smoothly. The Student Creative Admin will help manage Mediagraph, Berklee’s digital asset management (DAM) system used by faculty, staff, and students to access photography and visual assets. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining photo collections, creating selects for projects, generating image links for emails and campaigns, and ensuring accurate metadata, tagging, and documentation. This is a critical support role as Berklee prepares to launch a new brand and website in the fall, making accuracy, consistency, and follow-through essential. The position will also jump in on creative production tasks as needed, such as assisting with TV slide collateral, templated one-sheets, resizing and formatting images, linking assets for email communications, working within Asana, and collaborating with designers, photographers, and social media staff. Students in this role will gain hands-on experience in creative operations, digital asset management, and cross-team collaboration, while learning how strong organization and visual systems play a vital role in storytelling, branding, and institutional success.
