This role oversees student testing, clubs, activities, field trips, and calendar management, ensuring the order and precision that allow our students and faculty to thrive. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 - 5+ years of administrative or operations experience (school setting strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success managing complex schedules and multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace
  • Strong project management and organizational systems skills
  • Experience supporting compliance-based processes (testing, reporting, documentation)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all state and internal assessments, including scheduling, compliance, accommodations, proctor assignments, and secure handling of materials.
  • Manage and maintain the master school calendar to ensure alignment across departments and prevent scheduling conflicts.
  • Oversee clubs, student activities, and field trips, ensuring proper documentation, supervision, and adherence to school policies.
  • Coordinate logistics for school events and academic programs.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with faculty, families, and leadership regarding schedules, expectations, and updates.
