How you’ll make an impact in this role Collaborate with RN preceptors to deliver direct, compassionate nursing care and assist patients with essential activities of daily living. Master clinical fundamentals by accurately monitoring vital signs and observing patient status to ensure timely medical responses. Influence care planning by reporting critical observations and test results, directly contributing to the development of patient treatment strategies. Maintain real-time documentation of patient progress and environmental safety to ensure seamless communication across the healthcare team. Support clinical flow by preparing and transporting patients for diagnostic services and managing the immediate care environment. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High school diploma/GED required. Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer.
