The coordinator reports to the Associate Director of the Center for Student involvement. This position shares responsibility for advising student leaders and supervising graduate student advisors in the development, organization, delivery, and assessment of programs designed to enhance and support student life and the university experience. The coordinator also supports and models the vision and goals of the Center for Student Involvement including developing programming board leaders, campus traditions, increasing involvement and engagement on and off campus, collaborating with other campus organizations and departments, and providing inclusive programming that meets the diverse needs of the USF campus community leading to student academic and personal success.
