The Specialist supports both new and continuing students by ensuring a smooth transition throughout the enrollment process. This position rotates among three different departments, Student Central, Admissions, and Placement Testing based on operational needs. This role provides guidance on key campus services, including financial aid, student records, course registration, and residency for tuition purposes. It also supports the functions of the Admissions Office, welcoming and serving perspective students as well as proctors placement tests. While the Specialist primarily assists students in person, they may also provide support by phone, email, and chat.
