Student teachers at Lake Center Christian School have the opportunity to:
Observe and assist experienced teachers in a Christ -centered classroom environment.
Participate in lesson planning and classroom instruction under the guidance of a supervising teacher.
Support classroom management and student engagement.
Integrate biblical principles into teaching and classroom interactions.
Gain practical experience in curriculum delivery, assessment, and instructional strategies.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student learning and development.

Requirements

• Complete and submit the Student Teaching Application .
• Submit placement requests at least three months prior to the desired start date.
• Be enrolled in an Ohio college or university teacher preparation program for Ohio licensure .
• Demonstrate a commitment to Christian education and support the mission and values of Lake Center Christian School.
