You'll also manage the check-out process for equipment, ensuring smooth access to essential tools for learning and teaching. If you're a problem-solver with great communication skills and a knack for making technology feel approachable, we’d love to have you on board! Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or formal education equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the operations of personal computers and the functions of the software including knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
