About The Position

The Baylor Alumni, Parent, and Philanthropic Engagement team is seeking a thoughtful, engaging, detail-oriented individual to provide visitor services support in the McLane Family Alumni Center located within the Mark and Paula Hurd Welcome Center. This position will work closely with the Visitor Services Coordinator and provide administrative support to the overall team.

Responsibilities

Assist with greeting / managing in-person guests, managing phone calls, and responding to general alumni emails; provide excellent customer service to all constituents. Assume all Visitor Services Coordinator duties when they are out of office or away from the front desk.
Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the McLane Family Alumni Center.
Collect, update, and maintain confidentiality of constituent data in CRM software system.
Serve as a Baylor University subject matter expert to answer or help facilitate answering constituent questions.
Stay informed of University and Division events, initiatives, and priorities.
Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Ability to prioritize and take initiative
Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations
Assist in planning, coordinating and helping with events as needed
Deliver excellent customer services to clients and visitors
Provide information and answer inquiries as needed
