About The Position

From the front desk to the treatment rooms, our team works together to create an experience that keeps clients feeling cared for, supported, and coming back. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead day-to-day studio operations across the front desk team, massage therapists, and our newly launched skincare and facial services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people leadership, studio operations, and being part of a growing wellness business. What You’ll Do As the Assistant Manager/Studio Manager, you’ll support the Area Manager and help keep the entire studio running smoothly. You’ll be visible on the floor, approachable to staff, and focused on both the client experience and team performance.

Requirements

• A calm, confident leader who enjoys supporting teams across different roles
• Comfortable balancing people management with hands-on operational work
• Clear communicator who builds trust with staff and clients
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities during busy shifts
• Someone who leads by example and is comfortable jumping in where needed
• 2 years of spa management is preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a membership-driven environment (wellness, fitness, spa, or hospitality)
• Experience managing or supporting both sales and service teams
• Familiarity with scheduling systems, POS software, and studio operations

Nice To Haves

• Interest in skincare, facials, or wellness services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily operations of the studio
• Lead, coach, and support front desk staff, massage therapists, and estheticians
• Help onboard, train, and support new team members across all roles
• Support scheduling, coverage, and workflow for front desk and service providers
• Reinforce service standards, client experience expectations, and brand values
• Assist with membership growth, retail sales, and skincare service adoption
• Address client concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
• Partner with the Area Manager on performance, communication, and team culture
