Your Responsibilities: Physical Labor: Engage in demanding physical tasks to support production activities Physical Activity: Stand, walk, crawl, lift and carry heavy items as required to support production Construction: Install exterior and interior walls, components, and roof sections on unit bases, and install doors to create complete units Blueprint Reading: Accurately read and interpret blueprints to guide fabrication and assembly processes Metal Fabrication: Skillfully fit and fabricate metal products to meet design specifications Measurement: Use measuring tools to perform mathematical calculations, including converting fractions to decimals, to ensure precision Tool Use: Operate air and electric hand tools efficiently to complete tasks effectively Working at Heights: Work comfortably from heights and ladders to perform necessary duties Problem-Solving: Resolve issues when components do not fit as expected, analyzing why they may not align and implementing solutions to ensure proper assembly Independent Work: Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision to meet production goals Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment with strong verbal and written communication skills Welding: Execute various types of welding with proficiency to ensure high-quality assembly Haakon is an equal opportunity at will employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, race, religion, color, disability, sex, sexual orientation or national origin.
