About The Position

As a fast-growing national company, our mission is to develop passionate leaders and partners who raise the industry standard through unmistakable quality, clear communication, and an exceptional customer experience. As our installation network continues to expand, we are investing in our Talent Acquisition team to support that growth. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who specializes in subcontractor recruiting to help us identify, attract, and onboard high-quality exterior remodeling installation partners. Our rapid sales growth has created more demand than our current network can support, and this role will be critical in helping us scale by building strong relationships with dependable, licensed subcontractors across our operating markets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally focused on subcontractors, skilled trades, or vendor recruiting
  • Proven ability to self-source through outbound outreach, including cold calling, LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry platforms
  • Comfortable making high volumes of calls and building relationships with subcontractors
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with clear performance goals
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and internally motivated to hit and exceed targets
  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • High level of personal accountability and ability to work independently
  • Someone who takes initiative, moves with urgency, and thrives in a growth-focused environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, home improvement, or contractor recruiting is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Fully own the top of the funnel for subcontractor recruiting: self-source installation partners, build pipelines, and proactively reach out through outbound calls, industry platforms, job boards, and referrals
  • Identify, engage, and qualify licensed window and door subcontractors across our operating markets
  • Conduct efficient, engaging phone screens to evaluate experience, capacity, and fit
  • Coordinate and hand off qualified partners to leadership and compliance for next steps
  • Maintain organized, accurate records in Breezy and other ATS and tracking tools
  • Work quickly and communicate clearly in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
  • Hit weekly sourcing, qualification, and onboarding pipeline metrics
  • Build relationships and consistently generate new subcontractor leads
