Requirements
- Proven experience: A strong background in Subaru diagnostics, major engine repair, and routine maintenance.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency with Subaru Select Monitor (SSM) and a deep understanding of unique Subaru platforms
- The Right Attitude: A team player who takes pride in "fixed right the first time" results and maintains a clean workspace.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications are highly preferred (we will help you maintain them).
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify potential issues early
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems with accuracy
- Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and recommendations
- Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, tools, and repair techniques
- Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds manufacturer standards
