About The Position

You will be the Subcontract Manager Senior for the PAC-3 Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the overall success of the PAC-3 program by managing subcontractors and driving quality, cost, and delivery performance. What You Will Be Doing As a SCM Senior, you will be responsible for leading subcontract management teams and coordinating with program functions to achieve technical, cost, and delivery requirements. You will work closely with the Subcontracts Operations Center to ensure program requirements are integrated into purchase orders. Your responsibilities will include: Lead subcontract management to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance of assigned subcontractors. Requirements

Verifiable management experience in a production environment.
Verifiable experience in continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma)
Verifiable experience in the creation of performance metrics.
Verifiable root cause and corrective action experience.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Experience in providing high level presentations
Experience working with material requirements planning (MRP) systems
