The position involves managing all administrative functions of the Subsidiary, which includes maintaining accounting, human resources, and other assigned duties. Responsibilities include managing HR and accounting for subsidiary employees, processing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and handling new hire, termination, and employment verification paperwork. The role also requires tracking immigration status, processing benefits, assisting with warning reports and disciplinary actions, and helping employees with leave of absence and short-term disability claims. Additionally, the position involves processing and tracking worker's compensation claims, maintaining OSHA records, and updating certificates of insurance. The individual will be responsible for ordering and supporting computers, phones, and other devices, as well as supporting the administrative management of the office and tracking professional licenses. The role also includes supporting subsidiary executives and management with special projects, reports, meetings, and training, managing administrative duties of offices without HR and accounting support, and training subsidiary office administrators. The individual will develop a subsidiary training program for HR and accounting personnel and establish procedures for regional and office Profit and Loss. Participation in monthly management group meetings and travel to subsidiary offices for support and training is also required.
