About The Position

As a SAC, you'll provide direct assessment, intervention, and counseling to clients and their families. You'll collaborate with facility staff and medical personnel, lead group sessions, and document client progress to ensure that each client's treatment journey is effectively supported.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC, IADC, or IAADC) is required.
• Understanding of addictions, withdrawal stages, and community resources
• Proficiency in case management
• Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
• Team-oriented, flexible, ethical, and committed to maintaining client privacy.

• Candidates with personal recovery experience and a passion for helping others overcome addiction
