About The Position

Jovie Childcare is seeking reliable and caring Substitute Daycare Teachers to support childcare centers in the Cincinnati Metro Area. In this role, teachers will supervise children, assist with hands-on learning activities, communicate daily with parents, and document important milestones in each child's day. Teachers are also responsible for maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment by following established procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

At least 2 years of demonstrated experience working with children ages infant to 5 years
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
Must be able to pass a physical and state-required health screening

Nice To Haves

CDA (Child Development Associate) certification or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Experience working in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings
Familiarity with Ohio OCCRRA training system
