Requirements

3-5 years of proven experience in enterprise consulting, including usage, design, and implementation of Tableau product solutions.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes using technology and integration, with a focus on guiding customers through optimization and migration.
Prior experience in Tableau server/Cloud administration or architecture, desktop, or large deployments.
Strong understanding of data preparation, ETL, modeling, and the ability to guide customers through best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for various audiences and situations.
Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently.
Ability to engage customers in global timezones as required by business need.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with cloud architecture and considerations for on-prem server to Cloud migration.
Experience supporting/troubleshooting performance issues related to data pipelines or dashboards is advantageous.
Experience designing solutions on Salesforce Core, and Data360
Experience in other analytics products a plus (PowerBI, CRM Analytics)
Experience in data warehousing or data lake platforms is a plus (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift).
Preferred Certifications: Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, AI Associate, Data360, Agentblazer, Tableau: Architect, Consultant Data Analyst, Desktop Specialist, Server Associate.
