About The Position

Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries is seeking a motivated Success Coach to provide direct career coaching and employment support to individuals working toward sustainable employment. This hands-on role focuses on job readiness, individualized service planning, client documentation, and program compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in career coaching, workforce development, or direct client services preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group coaching in job readiness, workplace expectations, resume development, and job search strategies.
• Conduct client intakes, develop individualized employment plans, and monitor progress.
• Offer on-site support and follow-up after job placement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and record services for billing and compliance (including CARF and referring agencies such as OOD/OVR).
• Communicate with referral sources and collaborate with internal team members to ensure effective service delivery.
