About The Position

Wood Violet Recovery is looking for a CSAC
to help lead our therapeutic and educational group programming for our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program. This role is ideal for someone who excels in group facilitation and enjoys a structured, collaborative clinical environment. A very small individual caseload (0–5 clients) may be assigned.

Requirements

• Active CSAC in the state of Wisconsin (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience working with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Valid WI Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily therapeutic, educational, and process groups (primary duty).
• Maintain group curriculum and documentation.
• Provide minimal individual counseling as needed.
• Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Support client engagement, safety, and progress.
