THE ROLE Staten Island FerryHawks Stadium is seeking a professional and guest-focused Suite Attendant to provide exceptional service in the stadium’s premium suites at one of Staten Island’s premier sports and entertainment venues, located along the scenic waterfront. This role is essential in creating a seamless, high-quality experience for suite guests during games and events, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in food and beverage service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to anticipate guest needs
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Greet suite guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to suite guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of suites before, during, and after events
  • Set up suites with necessary supplies, linens, and tableware prior to guest arrival
  • Monitor suite inventory and communicate restocking needs to supervisors
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns with professionalism
  • Clear and reset tables, remove trash, and ensure suites are guest-ready
  • Collaborate with kitchen, concessions, and event staff to ensure smooth service
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and stadium policies
  • Assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup of suites
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and stadium procedures
  • Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general position compliance training
  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies
  • Complete other duties assigned by management
  • Available to work none-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
