About The Position

Baker Tilly is currently seeking a Human Capital Intern for 2026 in Seattle. Our interns gain knowledge of the firm's Consulting practices through working with multiple clients across a variety of industries. The Human Capital Advisory practice leads, accelerates, and empowers our clients to achieve their human capital management transformation outcomes and build high-performing organizations. To achieve that vision, our human capital advisory services will lead and partner with our HR clients through their transformation journey by disrupting the status quo and influencing their desired future state based on current/projected industry trends and leading practices. Our HR Transformation Lifecycle has been designed to meet our clients’ full transformation needs, and provide focused expertise based on specific functions of HR. The Human Capital Advisory (HCA) Intern will have the opportunity to work on a variety of internal projects and client engagements. The two primary areas of your internship will be focused on practice growth and supporting HCA consultants with client projects.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Baker Tilly will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, STEM OPT).
  • Must have completed or be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, Human Resources Management, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership or Leadership Development, Organizational Management, or Workforce Development preferred
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to a Baker Tilly office and be willing to work on-site
  • Eligible candidates must have academic courses remaining at the end of the internship; ideally, in the third year of a 4-year program, or fourth of a 5-year program
  • Must have a current, accepted offer with Baker Tilly (formerly Moss Adams)
