Job Description Responsibilities: Assist in building, maintaining, and monitoring data pipelines Support data ingestion from multiple sources into data warehouses or data lakes Write and optimize SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and analysis Help ensure data quality, reliability, and documentation of datasets Assist with quantitative and qualitative analysis to support ongoing projects and strategic initiatives Support senior analysts and team members with ad-hoc requests and reporting Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders when appropriate This position is part of our Early Career program at WD. Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing the foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar tools is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • No relocation available for this role.
