About The Position
We are looking for a talented and innovative Firmware Developer to join our team! As a Firmware Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies that power high-volume hard disk drives. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, validating, and maintaining firmware components using best-practice firmware development methodologies. We value collaboration and constructive feedback, so you'll be participating in design, test plan, and code reviews to ensure the quality of firmware. Requirements
- Currently pursuing BS/MS or higher in CS, CE, EE or related field
- Fluency with programming languages such as C/C++/Python
- Interest in HDD, flash, semiconductor, components, nonvolatile memory industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to the following via courses, projects, or experience is nice: TCL, MATLAB, Debugging, SAS/SATA Bus Trace Analysis, JTAG ICE (using GHS probes and Arium probes), TCG, FIPS, SVN, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
- Graduation between December 2026 - May 2027 preferred
- 3.0 or higher in major courses preferred
