About The Position

Sauder Woodworking Company’s Summer Internship Program is designed to provide meaningful, hands‑on experience while building a strong talent pipeline for future career opportunities. Interns work on real projects, collaborate with experienced mentors, and gain exposure to a professional manufacturing and corporate environment. Our goal is to create a mutually beneficial experience—interns gain valuable learning and resume‑building work, while our teams benefit from fresh perspectives and support on meaningful projects. Paid internship experience Up to 40 hours per week (part-time and full-time opportunities available) Typical timeframe: May–August Project-based work with real business impact Mentorship from experienced Sauder team members Networking opportunities with leaders and fellow interns End-of-summer Intern Showcase

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
  • Strong academic performance and interest in field of study
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Full-time employees are not eligible

Responsibilities

  • Complete a meaningful project that supports business objectives
