The SAP Enablement Intern will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s readiness for the upcoming SAP implementation go‑live. This position will focus on ensuring that all end users receive the right training materials, communications, and logistical support needed for a smooth transition to the new system. The intern will be responsible for tracking the progress of training activities, maintaining accurate records of attendance, completion status, and follow‑up needs. They will assist in coordinating and distributing training materials—both digital and physical—to end users across the business. This includes managing version control, organizing content, and ensuring materials are accessible and delivered on time. A key component of the role will be supporting communication efforts, such as drafting training announcements, scheduling reminders, and helping maintain visibility into what users need to know and when. The intern will also serve as the primary point of contact for logistical questions, addressing inquiries related to training schedules, locations, virtual links, access issues, and general coordination. Through this hands‑on experience, the intern will gain exposure to large‑scale systems implementation, change management, cross‑functional collaboration, and the operational side of enterprise training delivery—all while helping ensure a successful SAP go‑live for the organization.
