About The Position
Join our team as a Full-time Summer Seasonal Bank Services Representative As a Summer Bank Services Representative with Bank of New Hampshire, you are the first point of contact for customers to assist them with their banking needs. A typical day includes conducting transactions for both deposit and withdrawal, balancing a drawer, providing quality customer service to both external and internal customers - in person or over the phone, recommending (when appropriate) deposit related products and services, ensuring bank security, and work towards both personal and departmental goals.
Requirements
- Perform financial transactions and cash balancing to minimize loss
- Be comfortable with asking open-ended questions
- Follow standardized procedures to ensure compliance with bank and federal regulations
- Operate computers and software
- Have strong attention to detail
- Skills in cash handling in a retail setting or other sales/service related experience is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and good mathematical skills are necessary
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Travel between branches may be required for training or as necessitated by business needs
