Under the supervision of the Child Care Director and in alignment with the mission, values, and policies of the YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas, the Summer Camp Operations position is responsible for overseeing administrative, HR, and business operations for the YMCA’s camp programs. This role will support the smooth operation of summer camp, ensuring both staff and participants have a positive, safe, and engaging experience. The Camp Administrator will work closely with camp leadership to ensure all necessary tasks are handled efficiently and professionally, with a focus on delivering world-class service to families and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
