About The Position

The Summer Employment positions are for three months and are positions in a production environment. We work Monday – Friday from :600am - 2:30pm. There may be overtime availability. Training is also available.

Requirements

Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work with minimal supervision upon completion of training
Requires current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
Requires job seeker to be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation or housing assistance
Must be accustomed to physical tasks for long periods of time. This includes, but not limited to, standing, lifting, bending, climbing, using your hands and working with various materials
Should be able to use basic hand tools and power tools with some degree of mechanical and electrical aptitude a plus
Must be able to perform this job in a boat's environment without compromising the quality of the product
The ability to work independently or on a team with firm deadlines
The ability to work occasional overtime
Must be 18 years of age
Pass a background check, drug test and physical
Ability to work overtime as requested
Promote a safe and clean work environment
Willingness to work on a team or individually
Able to follow manufacturing instruction and understand processes
Must practice PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) policies as mandated per area. (Use safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, etc.)
Must follow company safety guidelines
Must be fluent in the English language
