About The Position

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage CCST’s ongoing programs and events (greeting students, answering/routing phone calls, organizing supplies, etc.) Using call logs to call students and families directly and track participation Support students and families by sharing information Enter information into a database and prepare reports Coordinate and complete clerical tasks (word processing, organizing materials, printing name badges, communicating with program staff, etc.) Communicate well verbally and in writing with staff, parents, students, and partner schools Solve routine problems Support special projects/events as needed Assist in collecting information to prepare and plan for upcoming school year Facilitate campus tours and/or recruit students to support HS campus tours Work under the direction and of supervision of the CCST Designated Supervisor and attend weekly check-in meetings
