About The Position

Are you passionate about shaping the future of real estate? Provident is on the lookout for dynamic and motivated Interns to join our team this summer. As part of the internship, you will work alongside a talented team of real estate marketing professionals who will provide learning experiences to enable you to develop a broad understanding of the marketing experience within the commercial real estate development space. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, creating marketing deliverables for all Provident Verticals, and assisting with the analysis of marketing data.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate-level college student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Some experience with digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Possess strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and creative content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities that align with brand identity and objectives.
  • Graphic knowledge in layouts, typography, and marketing design language.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, Canva, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Coachable, Driven, and Eager to learn.
  • A creative thinker who is technologically savvy, able to transform ambiguous ideas into defined strategies and content, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Able to work well with various types of personalities and work styles.
  • Ability to take ownership of a project and see it through to completion.
  • Capable of working productively in a team setting, as well as independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Marketing Director by analyzing and assembling forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning promotional presentations.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, content marketing, etc.) for all company verticals.
  • Manage the day-to-day aspect of email marketing initiatives, including the creation of emails, list management, scheduling, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other data sources.
  • Support the planning and execution of events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the marketing calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Collaborates with staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
  • Follows through on questions and requests from outside parties for documents and information on specific projects and general information.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
