Requirements
- An undergraduate student pursuing a business, economics, or other relevant major and eager to gain hands‑on experience
- Curious, motivated, and energized by solving real problems
- A collaborator who enjoys working across teams and perspectives
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity—and excited to bring structure where needed
- Passionate about health, wellness, consumer experience, or technology
- A strong communicator eager to learn, contribute, and grow
- Someone who thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments
- Strong analytical or problem‑solving skills
- An interest in healthcare, wellness, growth strategy, operations, or a related field

Responsibilities
- Supporting cross‑functional initiatives that advance One Pass’s growth, operational excellence, or member engagement
- Conducting research and synthesizing insights to inform team decisions
- Building analyses, workflows, or documents that support business priorities
- Collaborating with internal partners to track progress, identify risks, and support execution
- Preparing and delivering a final presentation summarizing your outcomes and recommendations
