Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering
Rising junior standing or higher
GPA of 3.0 or above
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

Research & Development Assist with experiments, data analysis, and process testing
Support the development of new products and enhancement of existing ones
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Process Design & Optimization Help design and plan production processes
Analyze and optimize processes for efficiency, cost, and performance
Troubleshoot production challenges and propose solutions
Safety, Quality & Sustainability Support compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Assist in implementing safety procedures and monitoring risks
Participate in quality control testing and assurance activities
Project & Technical Support Assist in planning and coordinating engineering projects
Track timelines, document progress, and support reporting
Provide technical support and help train team members on new processes
Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate engineering documentation
Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders
