ERP Systems Summer Intern 12-week paid internship | Fredericksburg, PA | In-office Program Overview Get a behind-the-scenes look at how business processes and technology come together during this hands-on, 12-week summer internship. As a Business Systems Intern, you’ll work alongside our ERP and Process Improvement teams to learn how enterprise systems support real operations across the organization. This internship is designed for students who are curious about systems, data, and process improvement and want practical experience translating business needs into smart, efficient solutions. You’ll gain exposure to ERP systems, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to meaningful projects that make an impact. What You’ll Experience How ERP systems like Microsoft Business Central support real business operations across departments How to document business processes, workflows, and system use cases that improve consistency and efficiency How business needs are translated into system functionality and technical solutions How to support system troubleshooting and understand root-cause analysis How to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams How data, reporting, and system insights drive better decision-making Make an Impact This Summer   This isn’t a sit-back-and-observe internship. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong interest in business systems, process improvement, or enterprise technology
  • Analytical thinker with strong communication and organization skills
  • Comfortable working with data and learning new systems
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a team environment
