About The Position

We're looking for high-agency undergraduate interns who want to help us solve meaningful problems at the intersection of live events, technology, and culture. We’re less interested in polished resumes and more interested in sharp thinking, strong judgment, and the ability to turn ambiguity into momentum. If you’re the type who can form a point of view quickly, test it in the real world, and iterate toward impact, we want to meet you. This is a general, open internship application. We tailor projects around the right people. Choose a track you’re most excited about When you apply, please select one primary area of interest: Biz Ops Product Marketing Digital Marketing Sales Strategy + Operations Product Management Business Analytics Technical Program Management What you might work on Interns typically take on more ownership and ambiguous problem spaces, such as: Diagnosing a business problem, framing options, and recommending a path forward Building GTM narratives and execution plans for new features or verticals Designing growth experiments and analyzing results (funnels, cohorts, attribution) Building operating rhythms, dashboards, or lightweight systems that scale a team Leveraging AI tooling to automate workflows, create leverage, or increase quality Tixr is the largest and fastest-growing privately held primary ticketing and live event commerce marketplace in the world. Requirements

  • An undergraduate student (or recent grad) looking for operating experience
  • Strong at structuring problems and communicating clearly to stakeholders
  • Comfortable moving fast, collaborating cross-functionally, and shipping practical work
  • Fluent in AI tools and modern experimentation workflows
  • Based in LA (or able to be on-site some of the time)
