Internship program dates: June 8 - August 21, 2026 General Description: This position is site-based at the BeOne Hopewell Manufacturing Site. This role will support the day-to-day operations of the GTS team by supporting the quality computerized systems and technology across the site. Additionally, this role will provide support on GTS capital projects ranging from LIMS to implementation of new systems across site. These support roles will entail but are not limited to SOP/WI development, training, and computer system validation support. Upon completion of this internship, this individual will understand the fundamentals of good manufacturing practice (GMPs), computerized systems across the Hopewell site, and computer system validation.

Requirements

S.T.E.M. degree in progress
Working knowledge of cGMPs: 21CFR part 11.
Ability to collaborate with project teams
Credible and confident communicator (written and verbal).
Customer focused, Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Hands-on approach, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Ability to prioritize, demonstrating good time management skills.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work proactively using own initiative.
Committed to learning and development.
Strong PC literacy required; MSOffice skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time
Must be able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience or knowledge of a LIMS system.
Some knowledge of understanding of a LIMS system.
Working knowledge of AI Tools

Responsibilities

Gain working knowledge of GTS support of Capital Projects
Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with GMPs, SOPs and Health and Safety policies.
Supports qualification activities across the GMP areas.
Redline procedures and GMP documentation for future revision and process improvement initiatives
Supports the writing and/or revising of SOPs.
Undertaking any other duties for any department within the business, which may be requested by Management.
