Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.
The Internal Audit IT Intern will be responsible for testing IT general controls and related controls within Mortgage Technology applications.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university, be advancing to at least their junior year of study, and pursuing a degree in IT Audit, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
• Familiarity with IT general controls and application-level operational controls
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective computer skills, with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules. Partial participation or alternate dates cannot be accommodated.

Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of key processes and transaction flows through inquiry and observation
• Discuss observations and findings with team leads in a logical and organized manner
• Contribute individually or as a team member to support functional areas, analyze business processes, and complete tasks assigned by an experienced manager
• Engage with business partners and contribute to projects that drive significant value
• Perform other related duties as assigned
