About The Position

Swickard Auto Group is a leading automotive dealership organization committed to excellence in customer service, innovation, and employee development. We are seeking talented students to join our team for summer 2026 across multiple departments. Open Positions We are hiring interns in the following departments: Accounting & Finance Marketing Human Resources Data Analytics Position Overview Duration: 10-12 weeks (flexible start dates) Location: Swickard Auto Group corporate location in Summerlin, NV Compensation: Competitive hourly rate Department Descriptions Accounting & Finance Interns will support financial analysis, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. Ideal for accounting, finance, or business majors. Marketing Interns will assist with digital marketing campaigns, social media strategy, content creation, market research, and promotional events. Great for marketing, communications, or business majors. Human Resources Interns will support recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR documentation. Perfect for business, psychology, or HR-focused students. Data Analytics Interns will work with business intelligence tools, analyze sales and operational data, create reports, and support data-driven decision making. Ideal for business analytics, statistics, or computer science majors.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled or recent graduate status in relevant field of study
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

  • Department-specific skills are a plus (e.g., SQL for Data Analytics, design tools for Marketing)

Responsibilities

  • Support financial analysis, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting (Accounting & Finance)
