About The Position

California Coast Credit Union is happy to announce that we will be taking on Interns in multiple departments over Summer 2026 (June 22nd-August 20th)! Please see the departments listed below and include your top 2 selections in your application. These positions will be compensated at a rate of $18.00/hr. and will be scheduled for 24 hours per week. Requirements

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication and analytical skills
Foundational level of emotional intelligence
Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Adaptable to work in a fast-moving environment
Currently working on a Bachelor’s degree in related field
Age requirement: 18 + years of age
Must have legal authorization to work in the US
Exhibit a customer-focused attitude and ability to work proactively and efficiently with an appropriate sense of urgency
Ability to work as a team
Show the ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
Complete deliverables with a high degree of thoroughness, quality, and accuracy
Foster trusting relationships with clients, coworkers, and supervisors
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time and occasional walking
Must be able to communicate face-to-face and on the phone with or without reasonable accommodation
Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Must be able to use a keyboard and other office equipment
Working environment is stable and noise level is moderate
